Alternanthera reineckii and 2 Footer Aquarium update

Not really a big fan of stem plants, but I just give it a try on keeping this Alternanthera reineckii 'red' . It has a very nice red stem plant but everywhere I read on net, they always saying that this type of species are difficult to grow. It's been in my tank for almost 10 days, and I can see the grow rate is rather medium even with intense lights and co2. It is in the dirt tank after all! Here are the pics :

Piptospatha sp in my tank

Here is some update on my Piptospatha sp in my tank. Its only about 2 weeks old, but they already sent out the new shots and heavy long roots! Here are the pics :

This one is in high tech tank

new roots occurred after 2 weeks submerged

This one is in low tech
I can say that their grow rates is not as bad as Anubias tho, although it is almost the same as Java ferns.

Piptospatha, Ferns, Mosses & Aridarum species

There was 12 years ago since I visited this place, and yesterday I did it again. its has changed a lot. The journey took about 2 hours drive from my home. It wasn't that bad, although its dry season here up north. Just curious, about what I can find in this cascade area.

Bolbitis sp

Still puzzle me with this star moss, an aquatic or not?

This cascade is populated by these type of plants, they're almost dominant in this area.
