How to Propagate Java fern plantlets

Got so many plantlets from my java fern, so I decided to put them in plastic container with wet soil, this way they would grow faster rather than underwater as long as you keep the moist and humidity constantly. I also did this to my Marselia hirsuta. Will update the progression for these plants soon.

Update on Java Fern :

Finally got my mother plant Java fern in immersed state. This been set up about 3 weeks in a glass casserole and it's only receives light from my table lamp . Yum!

TANK UPDATE FOR 2.5 FT APRIL 2013

UPDATE ON NANO TANK

Updating my nano tank, 1.5 ft with 15w bulb and diy co2. This tank contains Java fern, Marselia hirsuta, Nymphaea lotus 'rubra', Crypt. Wedtii bronze, Bolbitis heudelotii and Echinodorus tellenus. This is 6 months set up. Here's the pic :
